STEP BY STEP
Let’s make it.
- Drain the tuna thoroughly and weigh the drained fish. Wash and dry the lettuce leaves.
- Whisk the yogurt with the lemon juice, mustard, parsley and pepper in a large bowl.
- Fold in the tuna and cucumber, keeping some of the tuna in larger flakes.
- Add the avocado and fold gently so it keeps its shape. Divide the lettuce among the serving plates.
- Spoon the filling into the leaves to make 4 servings. Serve promptly while the lettuce is crisp.
